Mr. Aluvilu founded Pamwe Royalty and Streaming (Pty) Ltd. in 2020, by assimilating a group of professionals that understand the vision of creating Africa’s premier royalty and streaming company. Having worked as a mining engineer for a few years before advancing into the Business Improvement Specialist role at Rössing Uranium Mine mine, he gained relevant experience and he exposure to embark on Pamwe
Protasius is a co-founder and director of NEPAT Trading Close Corporation which founded and co-own Intercity (Pty) Ltd, the creator of Intercity App in Namibia.
Mr. Aluvilu is part of a Namibian team (lead by Mr Heikky Katti – project owner) that is busy working on setting up the first Ceramic Plant in Namibia, under Namib Ceramics (Pty) Ltd; which won the Development Bank of Namibia’s (DBN) coveted award in 2017 for the best innovation of the year and prize money (USD34,400).
Other significant projects he is involved in include being a founding member of Namibia Investment Fund (NIF), an Angel Fund with particular focus to financing African startups; and Ekanda Poultry Farm, which farms with broiler chickens and layers in Namibia.
Protasius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Witswatersrand, and a Master’s degree in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London.

Director
Bertha is a mining engineer by profession with 15 years of experience in the mining industry. She started off her career as a Short-term Planning Engineer at Rossing Uranium mine after completing the graduate development programme in 2006. With an aim to gain international mining experience, Bertha joined Lumwana Mining Company (LMC) in Zambia as a Production Engineer. During her time at Lumwana, she was also exposed to Open-pit Optimization, and Mine Planning and Design.Upon returning to Namibia, Bertha joined Langer Heinrich Uranium mine where she was recognized for playing a crucial role in improving the drilling and blasting performance at the mine.
Bertha is one of the Mining Engineers that successfully completed the bankable feasibility study of B2Gold Mine (Namibia) at the end of 2012. With an aim to broaden her skills further, she joined one of the leading Mining and Construction Equipment suppliers, Barloworld Equipment Namibia, as the Sales and Marketing Manager. She is currently the Operations Manager for SASOL Namibia.
With her extensive hands-on mine planning and production experience, she consults for mining companies, and in her latest project she successfully developed a pre-mature mine closure cost estimate for ORANO Namibia.
Bertha is an aspiring entrepreneur; she is a Director of Ondukua Engineering Solutions CC, an emerging locally owned engineering firm providing engineering services to the mining industry. She is also a Founding Trustee of the Namibian Investment Fund (NIF).
Bertha is currently pursuing studies towards a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering on a part-time basis at the Wits University.
She is an avid runner and enjoys working out.

George is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the mineral resources industry in both underground and surface mines covering Gold, Copper-Zinc-Lead and Uranium. He has skills in exploration, mine geology, grade control, resource estimation, reconciliation, mine planning, project management, study management and open pit production management.
Some key successes include work as a turn around specialist at Brompton, Patchway and Renco gold mines, feasibility study and development of the Patchway D Shaft as well as the Spot Mine development as part of the expansion of Renco mine. In addition, George has completed resource drill outs and estimates managing mid size exploration budgets on Conceptual and Prefeasibility level resources projects. George has done a number of business improvement projects involving cost cutting or efficiency maximization and insourcing vs. outsourcing decisions.
George is a registered Natural Science Practitioner who is a JORC Resources Competent Person and qualifies as SAMREC Competent Person as well as a Qualified Person under the NI 43-101 code.

Sheron is the first female Mineral Resources Manager in Namibia, currently employed at Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation (RPZC) as the Technical Services Manager. She has 15 years’ experience in the mining industry, of which 9 years are in senior and executive management roles. Life-spanning her career is a vast exposure in exploration and management of uranium and base metal operations. She is the competent person for resource compilation at Rosh Pinah Zinc Mine, and part of the management team that transformed the operation into a profitable and high performing operation after the longest strike in the Namibian history (52 days). She is part of the team currently transforming the operation into a digital operation and the best sustainable underground mining operation. Sheron was the first employee at Langer Heinrich Uranium exploration project, eventually leading up the project into an operating mind.
Sheron believes in empowering fellow women and as such, co-founded the Women in Mining Association of Namibia (WIMAN) where she currently serves as a Technical and Finance EXCO member on its board. Moreover, she is a board member of the Rosh Pinah Mine Pension Fund. Over the years (2016-2018), she had been the winner for Rosh Pinah Women of the Year award.
She was the best final year geology student in 2004 at the University of Namibia, where she obtained a BSc in Geology and Environmental Biology. Later, she completed a B.Sc (Hons) in Geology from Rhodes University, a Graduate Diploma in Engineering with Distinction (Mining Engineering) from the University of the Witwatersrand and, a M.Sc in Engineering (Mining) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She will be completing her MBA (Finance and Project Management) with the London School of Finance and Business in April 2020.
